Our mission at True Hope Transformation is to create a supportive environment in which our residents can retain safety ,sobriety, and develop clean living skills. True Hope Transformation welcomes individuals transitioning into the community from state prisons, Veterans, as well as individuals suffering from addiction that wish to develop fresh starts with sober lifestyles.
We encourage, guide, and explore the personal growth capabilities amongst our residents who wish to have the opportunity to heal, work to reach their maximum potential, and build the confidence to face any challenges along their way.
As active members of our community, we have the power to shape our future through civic engagement and participation in the democratic process. One of the most impactful ways True Hope can do this is by having voter registration events, workshops, resource distribution, peer to peer outreach, and connecting other online resources ensuring that every voice is heard and every vote counts.
Our housing inventory ranges from rooms to efficiencies, one bedroom apartments to 4 bedroom houses. We understand the need for personal space is very important to many of our clients, as we try to update our availability list every week.
